MeProduce is a tool for photographers to run productions — tracking shoots, pitches, licences, and paperwork. These terms set out the deal between you and us while you use it. Plain English; no traps.
MeProduce is operated by Alex Sheridan, a sole trader based in Ireland (“MeProduce”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MeProduce.
MeProduce is currently in private, invite-only beta. That means:
MeProduce is free during the private beta. When we launch publicly there will be a paid subscription. We’ll give you clear notice before any charges begin, and as a beta member you’ll be offered an exclusive discount. You’ll never be charged without opting in first.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access. You must be at least 16 and use MeProduce for legitimate professional purposes.
Everything you put into MeProduce — jobs, briefs, contacts, pitches, licences, shot lists, call sheets, files — remains yours. We don’t claim ownership, we don’t sell it, and we don’t train models on it. We store and process it solely to provide the service to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Don’t use MeProduce to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim for reliable uptime but can’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during beta. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. We’re not liable for losses arising from downtime or changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeProduce is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited. MeProduce is a tool to support your production work — it isn’t a substitute for your own professional judgement, contracts, or record-keeping.
You can stop using MeProduce and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. On account deletion we remove your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product matures — and a full set of terms will be published before public launch. If we make a material change we’ll email account holders and update the date above. Continuing to use MeProduce after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any disputes.
